The State of Colorado regards driving as a privilege: Don't take this privilege for granted.  DUI, DWAI and DUR may not only result in a suspension of your license but may also result in a significant jail sentence. 

It only takes 12 points to suspend someone's license.  One conviction for DUI, DUR or Reckless Driving is enough to suspend your license for at least one year.   If your license is suspended you can expect to amass DUR tickets very quickly.
